Soundstage is a private workspace for writing and producing audio drama. This policy explains the information handled by the service.
We store your account email, profile details, workspace settings, projects, roster records, auditions, casting information, and files you choose to upload. Listening Studio files are designed to remain on your device unless you explicitly upload them elsewhere.
Soundstage uses Supabase for authentication, database, and selected file storage; Resend for transactional email; and Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, and security services. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services.
We use stored information to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Soundstage. You may export workspace data from Account settings. Contact us to request correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
Soundstage uses authenticated access controls, row-level security, encrypted HTTPS connections, and bot protection. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
